RETURN POLICY

•  Returns accepted 7 days within receipt of merchandise ($25 restocking fee per item), shipping charges not refundable
• Exchange (with in 7 days of receipt of merchandise)
• You may exchange merchandise for other items or for store credit
•  Restocking fees ($25 per item)
• A restocking fee per item will apply for return, exchange, non pick up or cancellation after 2 weeks of placing the order.
• Shipping cost and rush fee (if any) not refundable
• No return or exchange on special orders (change in design; change to plating color different than Rhodium)
• The item must be unused and in its original condition. Products showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted for exchange
• Additional shipping cost will apply to ship your new item for exchange

CANCELLATION

Any order canceled after 2 weeks of placement will be subjected to a $25 restocking fee.

REPAIR POLICY

Any repairs after the wedding will be subject to a fee determined on a case by case basis. Please include the copy of your original invoice if possible.
